By accessing or using the Ytables platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Ytables is an occasion-driven hospitality booking platform that connects guests with restaurants, bars, and lounges. The platform provides venue management tools including reservations, floor management, digital menus, ring attendant, ordering, and analytics.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

Venue operators agree to honour reservations made through the platform, maintain accurate availability and menu information, respond to guest service requests in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable food safety and licensing regulations.

Guests agree to honour their reservations or cancel within the venue's cancellation window, provide accurate party size and occasion information, and treat venue staff with respect.

Deposits and payments are processed through our payment partners (Stripe, Paystack). Refund policies are set by individual venues and displayed at booking. Ytables charges a platform commission as outlined in your venue's subscription agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or consistently receive poor guest feedback without remediation.
